The Professional Fighters League (PFL) has unveiled the lineup of eight welterweights who will vie for a $500,000 prize in an upcoming tournament.
Former Bellator champions Jason Jackson, Andrey Koreshkov, and Logan Storley are set to headline the PFL World Tournament 170-pound bracket. The roster also includes top contenders such as Magomed Umalatov, Florim Zendeli, Giannis Bachar, Mukhamed Berkhamov, and Masayuki Kikuiri.
The tournament is scheduled to kick off on April 3 at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida, with the victor walking away with the coveted $500,000 reward along with the title of 2025 champion.
Jackson, with an impressive record of 18-5, is determined to reclaim championship glory after relinquishing the Bellator welterweight title. Known as “The Ass-Kicking Machine,” Jackson had a remarkable eight-fight win streak, culminating in a title win over Yaroslav Amosov.
Koreshkov, boasting a record of 28-5, has been on a winning streak, securing six victories in his last seven fights. Storley, with a record of 16-3, is also eyeing success in the PFL after his Bellator title reign.
Zendeli, fresh off a PFL Europe tournament victory, is eager to add another accolade to his resume after a stunning first-round submission win.
Bachar, a standout from The Ultimate Fighter 32, is looking to continue his winning streak after a knockout victory in his last outing.
Completing the roster are Berkhamov and Kikuiri, both seasoned fighters who have made waves in the PFL and Bellator promotions.
