23 23XI Racing Toyota

William Byron secured his second consecutive Daytona 500 victory after a late-race wreck eliminated race leader Denny Hamlin on the backstretch. Byron managed to take the lead from Hamlin during a green-white-checker restart, ultimately crossing the finish line ahead of Tyler Reddick. Despite the absence of a caution from NASCAR on the final lap, Byron’s win marked the 10th Daytona 500 victory for Hendrick Motorsports. The race extended to 203 laps and saw several crashes that took out top contenders, including a dramatic incident involving Christopher Bell and Cole Custer. Logano, who led a significant portion of the race, faced engine issues but managed to battle back through the field. The race concluded before 10 p.m. ET following a rain delay, making it the fourth Daytona 500 in six years to be affected by weather. The official results of the race included Byron in first place, followed by Reddick, Jimmie Johnson, Chase Briscoe, and John Hunter Nemechek in the top five.
