The top of the Saudi Pro League saw a thrilling match as Al Ittihad managed to secure a comeback victory against Al Nassr, extending their lead at the top of the table. The game started with Al Nassr taking a 2-0 lead thanks to goals from Sadio Mane and Ayman Yahya, but Al Ittihad fought back with goals from Karim Benzema and N’Golo Kante to level the score. In the dying moments of the game, Houssem Aouar scored the winning goal, securing all three points for Al Ittihad.

The match was not short of drama, as Moussa Diaby received a red card in the final minutes. With this victory, Al Ittihad now sits six points clear at the top of the table with only four games left in the season, while Al Nassr remains in fourth place.

For Al Nassr, it has been a disappointing week after being eliminated in the semi-finals of the AFC Champions League. Cristiano Ronaldo, who missed a crucial chance in their defeat to Kawasaki Frontale, was visibly upset after the match. Despite the setback, both teams showed great determination and skill in what was a truly thrilling encounter.
