New York Yankees standout Aaron Judge has secured a spot as a starting outfielder for the American League team at the upcoming 2024 All-Star Game.
In no surprise, Judge emerged as the top vote-getter in the American League during Phase 1 of the voting process, guaranteeing his spot as a starter.
Joining Judge as a top vote-getter is Bryce Harper of the Philadelphia Phillies, who will represent the National League.

Judge has been on a remarkable hot streak since the start of May, solidifying his position as the most dominant player in baseball.
As of Thursday night, Judge leads MLB in key statistical categories such as OPS (1.145), slugging percentage (.712), wRC+ (215), home runs (30), and RBI (77). His 5.7 fWAR places him second in MLB, just behind Gunnar Henderson (5.9).
Another notable player vying for a starting outfield spot in the American League is Juan Soto, who is competing against Steven Kwan, Anthony Santander, and Kyle Tucker.
Fans will have the opportunity to cast their votes for the remaining starters during Phase 2, which will take place from June 30 to July 3.
