Following a tough 9-2 loss to the San Diego Padres, the Boston Red Sox are gearing up for a rematch at Fenway Park on Saturday afternoon. Tanner Houck will take the mound for Boston, facing off against Michael King of the Padres.

Manager Alex Cora has announced the lineup for the game:

  1. Jarren Duran CF
  2. Wilyer Abreu RF
  3. Tyler O’Neill LF
  4. Rafael Devers 3B
  5. Masataka Yoshida DH
  6. Connor Wong C
  7. Enmanuel Valdez 2B
  8. Dom Smith 1B
  9. Ceddanne Rafaela SS

Houck has been a standout performer for the Red Sox this season, boasting a 2.18 ERA and a 0.97 WHIP. In his last outing against the Blue Jays, he allowed three runs over 6 2/3 innings. Only three Padres have managed hits against him in his career.

On the other side, King has been solid for the Padres with a 3.75 ERA and 1.29 WHIP. In his last start against the Brewers, he gave up five runs over six innings. He will face a Red Sox lineup that has had success against him in the past.
