With Defensive Player of the Year Rudy Gobert and Rookie of the Year Victor Wembanyama leading the way, the host nation France faced off against MVP runner-up Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the Canadian Senior Men’s National Team.
Gilgeous-Alexander showcased his skills on the court, scoring 23 points in an 85-73 win over France. Wembanyama faced early foul trouble and ended the game with just 10 points.
