Wilson’s standout performance came in the Nets’ final Summer League game against the Charlotte Hornets, where he scored 12 points in just 22 minutes on the court.
Among players who played at least three games, Wilson was the second-leading scorer in the Summer League, trailing only Los Angeles Clippers’ Jordan Miller. He had three games with over 25 points, including a stellar 33-point, 10-rebound performance in a win against the Orlando Magic.
The former No. 51 overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft showcased his potential during the Las Vegas event, proving he could be a valuable asset for the Nets in the upcoming season. After a modest rookie campaign, Wilson’s Summer League performance hinted at a promising future with the team.
