Anthony Taylor proved his worth by defeating the son of MMA legend Anderson Silva in a spectacular fashion.
Dubbed as “Pretty Boy,” Taylor successfully defended his light heavyweight title at Misfits Boxing 17 event held at 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland. He dominated Gabriel Silva, son of UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva, in the co-main event.
The fight came to a thrilling end in the third round when Taylor knocked Silva down three times, securing a technical knockout. One highlight moment was when Taylor landed a powerful right hand on Silva’s chin, sending him to the canvas.

Although Silva managed to get back up, Taylor quickly overwhelmed him, prompting the referee to stop the fight as Silva struggled to defend himself against the ropes.
Following his victory, Taylor wasted no time in calling out former UFC welterweight title challenger, Darren Till.
Addressing Till directly, Taylor said, “Listen, Darren Till, what’s up? I know you’re looking for a challenge. Let’s make this fight happen!”
Till, who recently transitioned to boxing and secured a win against Mohammad Mutie, could potentially face Taylor in the ring.
While Taylor has a background in MMA, his success in influencer boxing under the Misfits Boxing banner is undeniable, with four consecutive wins under his belt.
On the other hand, Silva tasted defeat for the first time in his boxing career after starting with an impressive 3-0 record.
