After Arsenal’s intense match against Manchester City, Mikel Arteta addressed accusations of his team using ‘dark arts’ tactics and clarified that the injuries affecting his squad for the upcoming clash with Bolton are genuine.

Arsenal’s defensive strategy with a 5-4-0 formation was scrutinized as they tried to hold onto their lead with 10 men, ultimately conceding a late equalizer by John Stones.

Arteta hinted at a depleted squad for the EFL Cup game, emphasizing the importance of facts over speculation regarding player availability.

Despite facing a challenging run of fixtures, including matches against Tottenham, Atalanta, and City, Arteta praised his team’s resilience and adaptability.

Looking ahead to the Bolton game, Arteta expressed confidence in his team’s readiness and mentioned the possibility of Raheem Sterling making his first start since joining Arsenal.
