Cristiano Ronaldo is still working towards scoring 1000 goals in his career, but he acknowledges that it will depend on how well his legs hold up in the coming years.

Currently standing at 908 goals, Ronaldo continues to find the back of the net consistently for Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia, making him the all-time leading goal scorer. He mentioned that if he doesn’t reach the 1000-goal mark, he can still take pride in being the player with the most goals in history.

Receiving the Platinum Quinas award from the Portuguese Football Federation, Ronaldo expressed his focus on living in the moment and assessing how his body responds in the future to determine his goal-scoring achievements.

He emphasized his deep connection to representing Portugal and his disappointment with players who do not share the same passion for playing for the national team. Ronaldo highlighted the importance of playing for the country and representing its culture, family, and friends.

Looking ahead, Ronaldo believes in Portugal’s potential not only in football but also in other sports, emphasizing the country’s greatness and the talent it possesses.

During the international break, Ronaldo will be involved in Portugal’s Nations League matches against Poland and Croatia.

Ronaldo Receives Prestigious Award

Ronaldo was honored with the Platinum Quinas award by PFF president Fernando Gomes, recognizing his dedication to the Portuguese national team and his ambassadorship for the country.

Expressing his gratitude for the award and reflecting on his journey with the national team, Ronaldo highlighted the milestones he has achieved and his continuous drive to represent Portugal to the best of his abilities.
