Liverpool’s manager Arne Slot has confirmed that defender Trent Alexander-Arnold is fully committed to the club and will be playing against Manchester United on Sunday.
There have been rumors linking Alexander-Arnold to Real Madrid, but Slot has no concerns about the player’s mindset and is confident in his performance for the rest of the Premier League season.
Slot stated, “I see him on the training ground every day working hard. He is fully dedicated to Liverpool and will be on the field on Sunday.”
He further added, “If talks about players from other clubs destabilize them, then we would have a problem. Our players are constantly in the spotlight, and it has not affected their performance in the past.”
Key players like Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk are also approaching the end of their contracts at the club.
