Bayern Munich ended Tottenham’s perfect pre-season record with a 2-1 victory in Seoul today.
Despite the majority of the crowd supporting Spurs due to the presence of captain Son Heung-min, Bayern managed to secure the win in challenging humid conditions.
Gabriel Vidovic scored early to put Bayern in front, and Leon Goretzka extended their lead in the second half. Pedro Porro pulled one back for Tottenham, but it wasn’t enough to avoid defeat.

Bayern started strong despite missing key players like Harry Kane, Leroy Sane, and Jamal Musiala. Vidovic capitalized on a goalkeeper error to give Bayern the lead early on.
Vidovic had a chance for a second goal, but he couldn’t convert the rebound. Bayern continued to dominate with chances from Mathys Tel and Serge Gnabry.
Son showcased his defensive skills to prevent further Bayern goals, intercepting dangerous crosses. Bayern’s dominance continued with chances from Tel and Gnabry.
Bayern eventually found their second goal through Tel after the break. Despite a late goal from Porro for Tottenham, Bayern held on for the win.
Substitute Eric Dier almost gifted Tottenham a chance to equalize, but Spurs couldn’t capitalize. Youngster Lucas Bergvall came close to scoring, but Bayern’s defense held firm.
More substitutions disrupted the flow of the game, with Bayern missing a late opportunity to score a third goal.
