The all-time UFC wins leader, Jim Miller, is set to make his return to the octagon on November 16th at UFC 309. He will be facing Damon Jackson in a lightweight bout at Madison Square Garden in New York.
Sources familiar with the promotion’s plans have confirmed the matchup, with bout agreements already issued for the fight.
Miller, known for his impressive list of accomplishments, aims to solidify his reputation as the UFC’s Iron Man. Despite a tough loss to King Green at UFC 300, Miller is determined to bounce back in November.
Meanwhile, Jackson, a seasoned veteran at 36 years old, is making the move back to lightweight after competing primarily at 145 pounds. A decision loss to Chepe Mariscal prompted Jackson to rethink his weight class, leading him to return to 155 pounds for his upcoming bout against Miller.
It will be a challenging test for Jackson as he steps into the octagon against Miller.
