The Kerala Cricket League (KCL) T20 2024 is all set to bring excitement to cricket fans as it begins on September 2 in Thiruvananthapuram.
Organized by the Kerala Cricket Association (KCA), this inaugural tournament will witness six teams competing in a total of 33 matches, all taking place at the Greenfield International Stadium.

How many teams will participate in KCL 2024?
KCL 2024 will feature six teams, showcasing a blend of local talent and emerging cricket stars. Here are the six teams:

- Aries Kollam Sailors
- Calicut Globstars
- Kochi Blue Tigers
- Thrissur Titans
- Trivandrum Royals

What is the format of KCL 2024?
The tournament follows a double round-robin format, where each team will play against the other five teams twice. The top four teams in the points table will then proceed to the semi-finals.
On September 17, the second-placed team will face the third-placed team in the first semi-final, while the top team will play against the fourth-placed team in the second semi-final.
The winners of these semi-finals will compete for the championship in the final scheduled for September 18, with September 19 as a backup day for the final.
