The state of Kerala, known for producing T20 World Cup champions, has now joined the ranks of hosting its own T20 tournament. The Kerala Cricket League (KCL) is the latest addition to India’s T20 cricket scene, following in the footsteps of the Madhya Pradesh (MP) T20 League and Uttar Pradesh (UP) T20 League.
With six franchises set to compete in the inaugural season of the KCL, fans can expect thrilling matches as each team faces off against the others twice during the round-robin stage. The top four teams will then advance to the knockouts, with the winners of the semi-finals battling it out in the grand final.
