Jurgen Klopp is embarking on a new adventure as the Head of Global Soccer at Red Bull, where he will oversee clubs like RB Leipzig, FC Salzburg, and New York Red Bulls. The legendary German coach, known for his success at Liverpool, is eager to bring his wealth of experience to this new role.

In a video shared on Instagram, Klopp expressed his excitement about the opportunity to share his knowledge and learn from the game in a different capacity. He emphasized his desire to contribute to the development of football and support Red Bull’s managers through the challenges and triumphs of the sport.

Looking ahead to his new position starting January 1, 2025, Klopp reflected on his career filled with promotions, relegations, titles, and trophies. He sees this role as a chance to delve deeper into what is beneficial for football and to continue his passion for the game.

After the announcement, Klopp took to Twitter to express his enthusiasm for this new chapter, stating, “After almost 25 years on the sideline, I could not be more excited to get involved in a project like this. The role may have changed but my passion for football and the people who make the game what it is has not.”

He sees himself as a mentor for the coaches and management of Red Bull clubs, aiming to leverage the organization’s expertise and innovation to nurture football talent globally. Klopp is eager to collaborate, learn, and push boundaries in this exciting new role.
