Manchester United are reportedly interested in out-of-favor Paris Saint-Germain striker Randal Kolo Muani.
Kolo Muani gained attention after a successful 23-goal season with Eintracht Frankfurt in 2022/23, where he also represented France at the World Cup in Qatar.
Despite Frankfurt selling him to PSG for a significant fee, Kolo Muani has struggled to live up to expectations, scoring only nine goals in the previous season.
In the current season, the 26-year-old has had limited playing time, failing to establish himself as PSG’s main goal scorer following Kylian Mbappe’s departure.
L’Equipe reports that Manchester United is the most interested club in Kolo Muani, with RB Leipzig and Monaco also showing interest.
It is suggested that PSG may consider a loan deal, with or without an option to buy, as the most feasible option to offload Kolo Muani before the January transfer window.
PSG coach Luis Enrique’s decision to omit Kolo Muani from the squad has raised questions, with the coach stating that he can only select 20 players for each match.
Manchester United, in search of a consistent goal scorer, have been linked with Kolo Muani despite recent signings.
Rasmus Hojlund, another recent addition to Manchester United, has shown promise under new head coach Ruben Amorim.
