Keegan Bradley’s golf career and Q score have seen a remarkable turnaround in the past few years. It all began when he was controversially left off the 2023 Ryder Cup team, a moment captured on the Netflix docuseries “Full Swing.” The cameras were rolling as Bradley received the news via a phone call from then U.S. captain Zach Johnson.
Despite the disappointment, Bradley showed his support for the team from home, a gesture that endeared him to fans and turned him into somewhat of a folk hero. While he had previously won the PGA Championship in 2011, it was his reaction to the snub that truly won over the hearts of many.
Fast forward to today, Bradley has been named the captain of the 2025 U.S. Ryder Cup Team and is performing well enough to potentially earn a spot on the squad.
During the Par 3 Contest at the Masters, Bradley, now sporting a signature mustache, made a hole-in-one on the 144-yard sixth hole. His celebration further solidified his status as a crowd favorite.
Bradley’s ace was the first of the day, with Tom Hoge also making an ace on No. 4, his second in the Par 3 Contest (having previously aced in 2023).
