Carlo Ancelotti was impressed by the impact made by Endrick, who scored on his Real Madrid debut in their 3-0 victory over Valladolid this afternoon.
The former Palmeiras forward had to wait 10 months to play for Los Blancos due to FIFA rules on young players being transferred abroad but made an immediate impact with an injury-time goal to secure Madrid’s win.

The champions were held by Valladolid until the 50th minute when Federico Valverde scored the opener with a deflected shot. Brahim Diaz added a second goal with two minutes to go before Endrick, who replaced Kylian Mbappe, sealed the victory.
Ancelotti praised Endrick, stating, “He looks good. He has great potential, and with the goal, he showed all his qualities. He has good control and a strong shot. He’s a penalty box forward and very dangerous in tight spaces.”
Endrick’s late goal overshadowed Mbappe’s performance, who struggled to score in Madrid’s first two league games. Ancelotti defended Mbappe, emphasizing his qualities as a forward and expressing confidence in his ability to score goals.
