Cristiano Ronaldo made the most of the winter break in the Saudi Pro League by taking his family on a holiday to Lapland.
Despite being 39 years old, the Portuguese star has continued to impress by scoring 16 goals in 19 matches for Al-Nassr this season.
However, Al-Nassr has faced challenges as a team under the management of Stefano Pioli, with the club currently sitting in fourth place in the SPL standings, trailing behind leaders Al-Ittihad by 11 points.
With the SPL on a break until January 9, Ronaldo enjoyed some downtime in Lapland with his partner Georgina Rodriguez and their children.
The family chose to visit Lapland, known for its stunning Northern Lights, winter resorts, and reputation as the official home of Santa Claus.

Ronaldo shared moments from the vacation on social media, including a photo of himself standing in the snow in shorts, spreading holiday cheer with the caption “Merry Christmas, everyone.”
During their time in Lapland, the family enjoyed activities like meeting Santa Claus and riding snowmobiles. While Ronaldo avoided skiing due to contractual restrictions on high-risk sports for footballers, Rodriguez and the children tried their hand at skiing.
The trip offered a stark contrast to their life in Riyadh, where December temperatures are around 17 degrees, compared to Lapland’s winter temperatures that can drop as low as -30.
Ronaldo will soon be back in action as Al-Nassr takes on Al-Okhdood in the SPL on January 9.
