Organized by the Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association, this tournament has gained popularity with players like Rinku Singh and Sameer Rizvi emerging as stars. The competition features six teams competing for the title, with a total of 34 matches scheduled, including league stage, playoffs, and the final.

Format of UP T20 League 2024:
A total of six teams will participate in the UP T20 League 2024. All teams will play 7 matches in the group stage. The top four teams from the group stage will qualify for the knockout stage. The format for the knockouts is similar to the Indian Premier League (IPL).
The first and second-placed teams will compete in ‘Qualifier 1’, with the winner advancing to the final. The third and fourth-placed teams will play in the ‘Eliminator’. The winner of ‘Qualifier 2’ will face the winner of ‘Qualifier 1’ in the UP T20 League 2024 Final.

All matches, except the final, will be held at Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow. The final match will take place at the Bharat Ratna Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Stadium in Baramati.
