Former The Ultimate Fighter champion set to compete in familiar venue this November
Sources within the MMA community have confirmed that a bantamweight showdown between Ricky Turcios and Bernardo Sopai is scheduled for the upcoming UFC Fight Night event on Nov. 9 at the UFC APEX in Las Vegas.
Turcios, who claimed victory in TUF 29 in 2021, looks to bounce back from a recent loss as he enters his fifth octagon appearance. After suffering a submission defeat to Raul Rosas Jr. in June, Turcios aims to return to the win column following a triumph over Kevin Natividad in November 2022.
Meanwhile, Sopai is eager to secure his first UFC win after a devastating knockout loss to Vinicius Oliveira in his promotional debut at UFC Vegas 87 in March.
